Just presented this paper in a conference about professionalism and how I see it. So far professionals focus too much on methodologies and following or inventing standards, making systems more efficient. What I suggest is to reflect on what we do, how we do it and why we want to do it. Beluieving in what we thinki is right, and using our knowlede for what we think is right matters more than knowing a lot of stuff, or being very competent in delivering systems.
